Time Limit: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement for your item.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your jewellery piece must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.
Packaging: It must be returned in its original product packaging, along with all tags, certificates (if any), and invoice documents intact.
Custom-made, bespoke, or personalized jewellery pieces (specifically made on order).
Items bought during exclusive clearance sales or promotional flash sales.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Inspection: Once we receive your returned item at our fulfillment facility, our quality control team will inspect it. We will immediately notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (Credit card, Debit card, UPI, or Net Banking) within 5–7 business days.
COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be credited via bank transfer or UPI once you share your verified account details with us.
