Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Miss Jewels. We want you to love your luxury pieces, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window & Eligibility

  • Time Limit: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement for your item.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your jewellery piece must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.

  • Packaging: It must be returned in its original product packaging, along with all tags, certificates (if any), and invoice documents intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain strict hygiene standards and product authenticity, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Custom-made, bespoke, or personalized jewellery pieces (specifically made on order).

  • Items bought during exclusive clearance sales or promotional flash sales.

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items (The Unboxing Rule)

  • What to do: If you receive a damaged product or the wrong design, please notify us immediately within 24–48 hours of delivery at missjewelswie@gmail.com .
  • Mandatory Requirement: To claim a refund or replacement for damaged items, customers must provide an unbroken unboxing video from start to finish, clearly showing the shipping label and the defect.

4. The Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item at our fulfillment facility, our quality control team will inspect it. We will immediately notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (Credit card, Debit card, UPI, or Net Banking) within 5–7 business days.

  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be credited via bank transfer or UPI once you share your verified account details with us.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective Goods: If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or manufacturing defect), Miss Jewels will cover all reverse-shipping charges.
  • Change of Mind: If you wish to return a product due to personal preference, the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not been packed or shipped from our warehouse.
  • To cancel, quickly shoot us an email at missjewelswie@gmail.com or drop a WhatsApp message. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.
